GECON PROTECT BOARD WITH INCREASED FIRE RESISTANCE

The Gecon Protect is a combustion, increased fire resistance sheet that corresponds to the E30/EI30/EW30 fire resistance rating.

Using the protective layer of Gecon Protect sheets, the fireplains of the entire building structure can be increased. Gecon Protect sheets serve as an alternative to cement -bonded chipboards available at similar prices.

Their manufacturing is based on the protected technology we develop, which significantly reduces manufacturing emissions and 99%recycles different types of raw materials that are generally non-recycled. For us, these materials are a second chance and, after processing, they also meet strict EU standards.

Manufactured sheets do not contain substances that are harmful to health or nature (not even formaldehyde).

GECON PROTECT HAS THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES

  • FIRE RESISTANCE

    E30/EI30/EW30 (30 perc)

  • PRACTICAL SOLUTION

Aesthetic and practical solution for unused spaces so far

  • APPLICABILITY

Problem-free application up to wet workflows

  • RESISTANT TO PESTS AND PESTS

The pH of our adhesives exposed to complementary heat treatment (HT-Heat Treatment) eliminates the mold and kills the bacteria.

  • HUMIDITY CONTROL

Able to control the humidity of the air

  • FORMALDEHYDE

    100% hygienic

  • 100% RECYCLABLE

  • POWER SAVING

  • USE

Ideally applied to floor, wall and ceiling

  • MANAGEABLE

Easy handling (weight of 10 mm thicknesses is only 8 kg/m2)

  • DIMENSIONS AND FORMAT

Due to the size of the sheets (1.2 x 2.7 m), there is no need to fit in small elements and fill in the fitting gaps (of course, we also carry it in a smaller size).

USE IN PRACTICE

Thanks to its fire resistance, Gecon Protect sheets can be used anywhere where increased fire protection is required, while other favorable properties of Gecon sheets are available.
